Hello my name is Matt, I am from the Seattle area originally and relocated to Phoenix in 2022. I am married for 19 years and have two children. I started my working life in 2004 at Bayliner Boats in Arlington WA as a Tooling Technician building boat molds. In 2007 I was hired by The Boeing Company in Everett WA and worked various positions until 2022 when we decided to move. I gained much experience at Boeing that helped me to become a Handyman, but my true passion was home improvement. We remodeled our home several times through the course of 10 years, and I took on side work improving homes for others, thus when we moved to AZ I had a clear vision of what I wanted to do… Stay Off The Ladder was born April 2022.
